About Our Products
What ingredients do you use in your soaps?
Our bar soaps are made with olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, and castor oil. Foaming hand soaps feature coconut oil, sunflower oil, glycerin, and more. Full ingredient lists are on each product page.
Are your products natural?
We use nourishing oils and butters and avoid harsh fillers. Some formulas use fragrance oils or flavor oils for scent and taste.
Do you offer unscented options?
Yes! We offer fragrance-free versions like Just Plain Soap and Unscented Foaming Hand Soap for sensitive skin types.
Are your lip balms tinted?
Nope — all of our lip balms are untinted and clear for daily, universal use.
Ordering & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Retail orders ship in 2–4 business days. Custom and wholesale orders may take longer depending on complexity.
Can I track my package?
Yes — tracking info is emailed once your order is shipped.
Can I pick up locally?
We don’t currently offer pickup, but you can shop in person at our upcoming pop-ups and events! See our Events Calendar.
What’s your return policy?
We don’t accept returns due to the nature of body care products, but if anything goes wrong, we’re here to help.

Do you offer custom labels or soap favors?
Yes! We offer custom lip balm labels and soap by the loaf for events like weddings, showers, and client gifting.
Can I buy a full loaf of soap?
Yes — our Soap by the Loaf listings are 9-bar bundles at a discounted price. Perfect for bulk gifting or restocking.
Can I build my own lip balm set?
Yes — our Build Your Own Lip Balm Bundle lets you mix flavors in 3, 6, or 12 packs.
Wholesale & Brewery Collaborations
Do you make beer soap for breweries?
We sure do! We specialize in making custom soap using your craft beer or beverage, complete with scent, label, and packaging customization.
How do I get wholesale access?

Can I get bulk lip balms with my own branding?
Yes — we offer 48-count custom-labeled lip balm packs for promotional use or resale.
